Meet the Attorney

David believes that every person deserves fair and equal treatment under the law, regardless of position, power, or circumstance. That belief is the foundation of his legal practice and has guided his work as an attorney since 2011.

David specializes in labor and employment law, bringing more than a decade of experience handling complex workplace matters. Having worked on both the employee and employer side, he understands how disputes develop, how they are defended, and what it takes to reach outcomes that are thoughtful, strategic, and grounded in fairness—not just legal theory.

David earned his law degree from Cardozo School of Law and completed his undergraduate studies at Brandeis University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. His academic background reflects the same approach he brings to his practice: analytical, disciplined, and deeply committed to doing the work well.

Outside of the office, David is a husband and the proud father of three children. He plays ice hockey, enjoys watching football, and values time spent with his family. Giving back to the community is also an important part of his life. Each year, he participates in an annual hockey tournament that raises funds to support cancer patients and their families, a cause that reflects his belief in standing with people during some of their most difficult moments.

Whether he is advising a business or advocating for an employee, David approaches every matter with clarity, integrity, and determination—focused on understanding the situation fully and working toward a fair and just result.
